If you haven't done the Glass Tile Tutorial please go Here and do that tutorial first. Don't colorize the tile just yet.
OK, here we go :)
1) Open a new image 1024 x 800 with a transparent background. Set your foreground to white, background to null and flood fill your image.

2) Make sure your rulers are turned on. If not, you can go to VIEW- Rulers to turn them on.

3) Click on your selection tool: Rectangle, Feather=0, Antialias=checked

4) Place your cursor at 150 x 150 which you'll find at the bottom left hand corner:

5) Draw out your rectangle to 874 x 650 which will be the second set of numbers:

6) Hit your DELETE key.

7) Selections- Modify- Expand by 30. Select your Magic Wand with these settings:
Match Mode= RGB Value, Tolerance and Feather both set at 0
Click on the white border here:

8) Effects- Texture Effects- Sculpture with these settings:

9) Selections- Select All- Selections- Modify- Contract by 30.
Selections- Invert and repeat the Sculpture. Click on your magic wand and select the white background and hit your delete key. Selections- Modify- Expand by 3. Layers- Add a new Raster Layer. Layers- Arrange- Send to Bottom. (Keep Selected)

10) Open your glass tile you saved. Change your foreground style to pattern and flood fill with this pattern. Selections- Select None.

11) Add a new Raster Layer. Change your foreground style to white. Select your draw tool with these settings:

Start drawing a pattern between the two lead lines, make sure all of your lines connect and that you go slightly PAST the lead lines. Don't go into the center transparent area though. You will be filling in these areas so keep that in mind when you make your pattern....if your lines are really close together you have more areas to fill in. Here's what I have:

Here's what you don't want to do:
See how that line doesn't go past the lead? When you're finished with your lines, double check that you don't have any areas like this. Just fill it in with a short line. It won't matter if it lines up exactly. A slightly mismatched line will give you a little bump in the leading and actually look more like real lead. So, basically don't worry about making a mistake here LOL.

12) Select your magic wand and select a white line and if all of your lines are connected this will select all of your lines. If you need to use the Shift key to select any lines that don't have the marching ants around them. Repeat your Sculpture effect.

13) Highlight your bottom layer (layer 2) this is your green glass layer. Select your freehand tool with these settings:
Selection type: Point to Point
Feather 0
Antialias- Checked

14) Using your lead lines as a guide, click on the lines to select an area. Use the left mouse button to click around the area and the right mouse button to finish the selection.

15) Go to Colors- Colorize and change the Hue and Saturation to whatever color you'd like. Continue by selecting a new area and changing the colors until all of the areas are filled in. Don't forget to leave some areas green. PSP 7 users can use the Manual Color Correction option as well to color the tiles. Be sure to save as you go, I know you'd hate to start over if PSP decided to lock up right about now :) Selections- Select none, when you're done.

16) Once your done colorizing, click on Layer 1 (top layer) go to Effects- 3D Effects- Inner Bevel with these settings:

17) Next go to Effects- 3D Effects- Drop Shadow with these settings:
Vertical/Horizontal= 4
Opacity= 88
Blur= 7.4
Color= Black

Repeat the drop shadow but change the Vertical and Horizontal settings to -4 (minus 4)

18) Layers, Merge Visible.

19) Save this frame to your frame folder in PSP. File- Save As, browse to the frame folder and save as Mosaic Glass Frame 1.pfr (Make sure to add the pfr extension).

20) Let's make this a vertical frame as well. Edit- Copy. Minimize your frame. Open a new image 800 x 1024 with a transparent background. Edit- Paste as a new layer- Image- Rotate 90 degrees (left or right, doesn't matter). Layers- Merge Visible- File- Save As- Mosaic Glass Frame 2.pfr in your frame folder.

Pat yourself on the back....you're done!!! Now you can easily use your frame by going to Image- Picture Frame and choose whichever style frame suits your graphic size.
